Long-time WRG client, First Source Federal Credit Union, upgrades their online banking from legacy MemberEdge Online Banking to the new Symmetry eBanking Product Suite.
Wescom Resources Group (WRG), a technology CUSO that provides software solutions for credit unions, announced that First Source Federal Credit Union has successfully upgraded from WRG’s legacy MemberEdge Online Banking to the latest Symmetry eBanking product suite. First Source FCU is a credit union based in New Hartford, NY, currently operates five branches, holds $535 million in assets, and serves over 46,000 members in Oneida and Herkimer counties.
First Source FCU decided to upgrade from the legacy MemberEdge Online Banking platform to the Symmetry eBanking product suite. As a WRG client since 2009, upgrading to Symmetry eBanking gave First Source FCU members an improved interface for easier navigation, access to detailed account information, expanded security, and custom modules for rewards and insurance. In addition to Online Banking, First Source FCU uses WRG for Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and TextME SMS Banking.
