Our executive team is passionate about the credit union movement, and brings a wide, varied background of experience in diverse industries. We understand what you also know, that digital success is more than just innovative products. It requires a motivated team, and a pragmatic focus on systems and process integration.

At the same time, in our roles we have also been a client of the same technology service providers that you work with. Through that experience, we’ve learned what constitutes an ideal vendor. We’ve taken that knowledge and combined it with direct feedback from our own clients to make WRG be the best service provider we can be. That work is never fully done, but it is an ideal that drives our growth and the maturation of our business.

Kevin Sarber


President

Kevin brings more than three decades of experience in the financial technology industry. His wide variety of roles includes experience in digital channels and delivery, payment systems, ATM operations and management, call center management, and software development management. Kevin was integral to the creation of WRG in 2002, serving as its first president until 2007, and returned as President in early 2017. In his 18 years with Wescom, Kevin has led numerous organization-wide initiatives, including creation and design of Wescom’s Signature Member program, which has cultivated deeper member engagement and use of the credit union’s services. Prior to Wescom, Kevin served as an SVP, Network Services with CO-OP Network. Prior to CO-OP, he led an operations team at Wells Fargo Armored Services Corp.

Brian Sedlak

Director of Architecture and Development

At WRG, Brian focuses on development processes, future technology, organizing development efforts, and integrating with clients to develop sustainable long term solutions. He has led teams in the successful development of numerous products including Symmetry eBanking Online and Mobile and Tellergy, among others. Prior to WRG, he was a developer, manager, director, and CTO at various companies including McGraw Hill, JD Edwards, Cerner Corporation, DataNet, and OpenTV. Brian is a graduate from the University of Nebraska in Computer Science.

Dave Cerwinski

Vice President of Sales & Client Services

He joined WRG in 2006 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Since then he has also assumed responsibility for Client Services, Consulting, and Product Marketing. Dave is passionate about optimizing WRG to make it the best service provider it can be. Prior to WRG, he served in various Sales, Marketing, and Management functions in the Telecommunications industry. Dave earned his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management in 2017, and is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School.

Rob Italiano

Vice President of Implementations and Support for WRG

Rob has been with us since 2011, previously as Implementations/Support Manager as well as a QA Analyst. He has been in the credit union industry for the last 20 years, holding positions that include Programmer, Network Administrator, Director of IT and Vice President of IT. Through these years, Rob has led numerous large IT projects including data center moves, core financial system conversions, mergers/acquisitions and IT systems and security related projects. Rob resides in Florida and works at the WRG Tampa office.
