Overview

The Interactive Tabs Block allows you to display content in a tabbed format, making it easy for visitors to navigate between different sections of information.

How to Use the Block

Adding the Block

  1. In the WordPress editor, click the “+” button to add a new block
  2. Search for “Interactive Tabs” and select it

Working with Tabs

Managing Tabs

  • Add a Tab: Click the “Add Tab” button to create a new tab
  • Switch Between Tabs: Click on any tab title to edit its content
  • Rename a Tab: Edit the text field below each tab button to change its title
  • Remove a Tab: Click the “×” button next to a tab (you must have at least one tab)

Editing Tab Content

Each tab contains three content sections:

  1. Heading: Click to add a heading for the tab content
  2. Paragraph: Add descriptive text for the tab
  3. List Items:
    • Add bullet points by filling in the list item fields
    • Click “Add Item” to create a new list item
    • Remove an item by clicking the “×” button (if you have more than one item)

Preview

To see how your tabs will appear on the frontend, use the WordPress Preview button. Visitors will be able to click on tab titles to switch between different content sections with a smooth fade effect.

Tips

  • Keep tab titles concise and descriptive
  • Use consistent formatting across tabs for a professional appearance
  • Consider using 3-5 tabs maximum for optimal user experience
  • Empty list items will not be displayed on the frontend
