Leading technology CUSO announces outstanding results for the 2025 fiscal year and shares its plans for continued growth in 2026, in support of its mission to deliver superior technology through trusted people.
Pasadena, CA — February 24, 2026 — Wescom Resources, a wholly owned CUSO of Wescom Financial, announced outstanding financial and operational results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The industry-leading technology Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) continues its recent growth trend and renews its commitment to the ongoing mission of Trusted People Delivering Superior Technology.
For the full year 2025, Wescom Resources welcomed 24 new clients, representing over $28 billion in credit union assets and more than 2 million members.
With these latest additions, the CUSO now serves over 120 organizations nationwide, including more than 70 credit unions on the UNITRI Core Hosting solution and over 40 credit unions on the Tellergy member service platform.
This client growth contributed to the CUSO’s outstanding financial performance in 2025, during which Wescom Resources posted an 18.7% increase in revenues year over year.
In 2025, Wescom Resources implemented several key initiatives focused on enhancing its technology, products, and services. These included:
- Service enhancements: Wescom Resources expanded its UNITRI Managed Services program to support non-core applications, a key step toward helping credit unions modernize and streamline their technology stack.
- CRM platform migration: The CUSO initiated a migration to a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution, enhancing its internal client relations processes and service.
- Preferred hosting partnership with FICS®: As of July 1, 2025, Wescom Resources is now the preferred nationwide hosting partner for FICS’ full suite of industry-leading mortgage software solutions. As part of the collaboration, Wescom Resources hosts key products including Mortgage Servicer®, Commercial Servicer®, and Loan Producer®, along with FICS’ complementary reporting and document management services.
- New branding: Wescom Resources dropped “Group” from its name to reinforce the seamless, service-first relationships and extensive resources the CUSO offers to meet credit unions’ unique needs.
- A streamlined, modernized website: Visitors to wescomresources.com are now greeted by a clean, modern design and easy navigability for both clients and business partners.
- New positions added: In 2025, the CUSO approved five new team positions in the areas of Project Management, Client Services, Network Engineering, Product Management, and Business Development. As of late February, four of the five positions have been filled.
“I couldn’t be more proud of the work our team has put in to deliver the excellent financial and operational results realized over the past year,” says Dave Cerwinski, President of Wescom Resources. “But more than that, I’m thankful for the incredible trust and loyalty our clients and partners place in us every day. Whether you joined our family two decades or two weeks ago, we promise to continue striving to deliver the highest levels of service, support, and technology seen in the industry.”
For 2026, the CUSO is continuing to broaden its service offerings, including new and expanded industry partnerships to help clients best leverage their core investments and foster greater operational efficiency. In February 2026, Wescom Resources announced a new strategic partnership with Tellerix to help Corelation KeyStone credit unions optimize their use of the core.
As a home-grown partner of the credit union movement, Wescom Resources continues to support the cooperative community. This past year, the CUSO was proud to sponsor the 2025 Women’s Leadership Symposium, an event dedicated to inspiring and connecting women credit union CEOs from across the country.
Wescom Resources was also recognized at Corelation’s 15th Annual Client Conference for the long-standing partnership between the two organizations.
“Wescom Resources was built on a foundation of innovation, collaboration, and service,” says Joseph Pellissery, Board Chairman of Wescom Resources and Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Wescom Financial. “For 23 years, we’ve been committed to delivering outstanding technology and operational solutions in line with the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people.’ We look forward to continuing our upward growth trajectory in 2026, while deepening the relationships we have with our valued clients and key industry partners.”
